  1. There is a lot of gender inequalities in our society like the accessibility to high-level positions … . It is wrong to think that women are inferior to men . How could we change that ?

I think that we should stop talking about gender. We should stop making a difference between masculinity and feminity. Thank to that, people will stop comparing men and women about their gender but they will start comparing them with their intellectual abilities.

This is my idea to change the society. To conclude, in this society there will be no more gender inequalities and women will have the same rights as men

  2. Hello !

    - Gender inequality is a big problem in our society and we have to find solutions as fast as possible.
    - My concept that will change gender inequalities for the better in the future is simple :
In fact, as a government It will be prohibited to pay lower a woman than a man and it could be punishable by a very expensive fixed fine.
Moreover, in a imaginary life, we can imagine a world in which gender does not define a person any more than race or ethnicity does. Without the weight of gendered expectations, each of women and men can develop himself.

  3. Hi everyone!
Sexism and gender inequalities are deeply rooted in our society even though it's a concept based on unfair and foolish arguments.
When we had to seek for women who fought for their civil rights I found the very first woman in the world to be elected head of state and it turns out that she is from Iceland, so I've also made some research on this country. And what I found is, in my opinion, a very inspirational and pacifist way to spread a message and to protest against gender inaqualities.

    So based on my research:
On October 24, 1975, Icelandic women went on strike for the day to “demonstrate the indispensable work of women for Iceland’s economy and society” and to “protest against wage discrepancy and unfair employment practices.” Participants, led by women’s organizations, did not go to their paid jobs and did not do any housework or child-rearing for the whole day. Ninety percent of Iceland’s female population participated in the strike. The women achieved their goal of showing Iceland their value by essentially shutting down the country for a day.

To conclude my concept that will change gender inequalities for the better in the future is to do the exact same thing but litteraly all over the world.

  4. I think that gender inequalities are one of main problems we're facing nowadays. But to my mind, there is not one single concept that could change them : our society as to evolve and it will take all the time it needs.
Anyway, I think the most important thing we should all do, if we want to get rid of gender inequalities, is stop considering people based on their gender. When we hire someone for a job, we should only ask ourselves : "Is that person qualified for this job ?" and the fact that it's a man or a woman really doesn't matter. When we vote for a president or a prime minister, we should ask ourselves : "Would that person be a good president ?" and not think about his gender.
Then, our society will stop treating women and men differently.

  5. Hi! To begin with we should change things with the education we provide to the children. And we also need to stop perpetuing the stereotypes like " pink is for girls and blue for boys" or " girls dance and boys play football" because by perpetuing those stereotypes, the society keeps in our mind that girls not the same as men, or have not the same value. To show that girls and boys are the same, parents have to raise boys and girls the same way.

  6. Hi ! I think that there is a lot of inequalities between men and women but the most shocking case is the difference of wage between men and women. First they must payed the same wage if they hold the same position. Finally, all people can do any work that he like. If a woman want to be a lumberjack, I don't see why she can't. If a man want to be a beauty terapist, he can and nobody should say something about that.

  7. In first many project have been done to fight against gender inequalities; like, for example the day, when we supported women's place in science.
Then, my concept is similar to that of ecological cities; but now, we can make a city, in which men and women would be equal, and there would be as many women as men, who would be managers. For example, if there were 300 companies, half of them would be run by women. And there would be as many men as women employees.
Finally, men and women would earn as much money.
I don't know if it's a good idea, and if gender inequalities will be stopped, but it's my concept.

  8. Hello, today I will tell you about some ideas to reduce gender inequalities in companies.
First, I think it would be effective to highlight women leaders. They need to be offer higher-paying roles, but for that, they must be able to prove them-self that it is possible.
I think it's also important to develop self-confidence. Many women need their peers to motivate them, and show them what they can do. To finish with, it would be nice to give women more opportunities. It is often women who have to care for their family members or children. If the tasks would be shared, then it would be easier for women to play the same role as men in companies.

  9. I think that discrimination is formed in a child's mind only if we make it understand that it's different from others, whether it is through sex or something else.

But if we make it understand that there's no different way to treat a woman than a man, and that we are simply the same, that the intelligence donesn't vary according to a physical criterion, because the intelligence isn't something physical.
