Hello. My Hero is Arnaud Beltrame. He was policeman. It’s my hero because he voluntarily substituted for a hostage during the attack of 23 March 2018 in Trèbes and to have succumbed to the injuries received on that occasion. For le it’s a héroïcomique act that is why my hero.
My heroes are my grandmother and grandfather. They helped my mother raise me and were great role models. My grandmother was very organized and detail oriented, always keeping the house clean and welcoming, and my grandfather was a hard-working, dedicated employee who would pride himself in giving his all and completing any task he set out to do. I try to exemplify those same characteristics in all aspects of my life, and I would love the opportunity to do so in this position.
Hi! Well I think you won't be suprised but my hero is OBVIOUSLY David Bowie! I will quickly tell you how I knew him : My art teacher (in secondary school) was a fan of him and when he died she cried. So when I went back home I decided to go on the internet to listen to his music, and I literally fell in love! David Bowie is my hero because, in my opinion, he is such an amazing artist and a genius! He was so talented and not only in music : he was a very good actor (you should watch the movie 'Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence') and painter. Whatever Bowie was doing, he always left a signature (the 'Bowie's signature') behind him and he assumed everything he was doing so I think that's why I really love him. As a musician, his music really inspires me; his songs have so much meanings and in general, they are really deep, and I just love them so much as much as playing them. D. Bowie is an artist who explored literally every kind of music but he always kept his 'Bowie' style. He was a leading figure in popular music for over five decades. His career was marked by reinvention and visual presentation, his music and stagecraft (he used to designe the stage by himself) significantly influencing popular music. Oh and if you want to listen to Bowie's music you should start by listening to 'Heroes' (it's an amazing piece of work)! Thanks for reading, Lisa CARLIN
Well, first of all, for me a hero can be someone you have in your room on a poster. He/she can be somebody you admire for their courage, their qualities or because they are your role models. Personally, I don't have any posters in my room but it doesn't mean I don't have any heroes. The persons I admire the most are my parents, for many reasons. One of them is that they inspire me and I'd like to have the same qualities as them when I grow up. Nevertheless, there are still people that I look up to because of their inventions, ways of thinking and achievements. They are : Nelson Mandela, Martin Luther King, A Einstein...
Hello ! For me heros are people who do things that change the world like saving people or discover important thing. I don't think so that I have an hero. Because nobody in this world has done enought to become my hero. Then I think that having an hero is useless because people who have an hero is for boost themselves, to motivate themselves or because they want to be that hero. Actually I don't need anybody to motivate myself and I don't want to be anyone else.
Hello ! First of all, in my opinion, a hero is someone that you look up to, that inspires you. It is someone that makes you joyful whenever you think about him/her and gives you the boldness to pursue your dreams. In my case, it is, of course, Michael Jackson. He is my inspiration, he gives me the willingness to dance. Everyday, I look up to him and think of how I can improve my dancing skills, or even singing skills. I listen to his impeccable music everyday and can’t stop singing and dancing to it ! I am very grateful for what he did, he is the only reason why dancing is my passion. He also completely redefined the music industry and wrote the most sold album of all time (Thriller). I also admire him for all the humanitarian initiatives he took to help making the world a better place. He created multiple organisations and created a few songs (such as Heal the World, We are the World etc...) to help skinny, poor kids that were (and still are) living all around the world. In my opinion, he was a blessing to the world and I wish him to rest in piece. Guillaume Jolivet 2de1
Even though I respect and admire a lot of people, I think my hero is Georges Clemenceau, who was Prime Minister of France during the First World War. He wasn’t affraid of walking in the trenches to encourage the soldiers, that’s why he’s often nicknamed "the Tiger". Moreover, I think this man did a lot to promote equality, freedom of speech and secularism. He’s the one who published Emile Zola's open letter to the French President denouncing antisemitism in the French army, in his own newspaper. On top of that, he was strongly opposed to colonization, and he was for the separation of state and church. But I have a lot of other heroes, like the writer and politician Victor Hugo, the pope John Paul II, the French résistants Jean Moulin and Honoré d'Estienne d'Orves, and everyone who fought for freedom, tolerance, and peace.
HI, my hero for me is Nelson Mandela. To begin with, Mandela fought against racism and segregation. Segregation consist to set apart some people based on the ethnic, the religion, the gender or the social status. In this context, black people were sat apart from white people. For a little instance, black people could not use the same bus. Nelson Mandela fought for equality and freedom and according to him, everyone is the same. He spent a long part of his life in prison in Robbin Island because of his fight and when he came out, he had continued to share his ideas. That’s why I fully agree with him. If we are sur of our opinion, we must do all we can to be heard and to change the other people's mind. A lot of people were against him and tried to stop him, but he didn’t care about that. Sadly, Nelson Mandela died in 2013 and nowadays, he is steel an exemple for everyone. Lastly and to conclude one should not forget that “courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.” Mandela Marie Espinosa 2nd1
Hello, I made some mistakes: - My hero is Nelson Mandela - is consist in setting apart - based on ethnic, religion, gender, social status - on Robben Island -sure -still -"courage is the absence of fear "
My hero could be De Gaulle a national hero of the WWII, Marie Currie who was a great scientist, Michele and Barack Obama who revolutionized American politic, my grandfather who was in the Resistance, Nelson Mandela and other... but I'll choose a soccer legend: the Brazilian Edson Arantes do Nascimento, called Pele.
For me, he is the most famous legend of the soccer. He was very, very good, he is the best scorer of the soccer history and the only player who has won the World Cup 3 times, and he revolutionized soccer. Indeed, he was the youngest player who has won the World Cup (in 1958) he was only 16, before winning the World Cup of 1962 and 1970. Furthermore, at that time the society was racist and a lot of people hated Brazil team because of the skin color of the players. The team is underestimated before the competition, and thanks to a very young player surnamed "The Black Pearl" and "Pele", it win the Cup in 1958. Nowadays, Pele has a lot of rewards (for example, the price of "the player of the 20th century") and is the ambassador for the UN and UNESCO. Pele is an icon, all the soccer ball player nowadays want to become like him. He lived in a shantytown when he was a child and became a legend while everyone laughed, insulted, stigmatized him and his people, his country. It's why he is my hero.
My hero is definitely my mother ! It maybe sounds like a stereotype when you say that your mother is your hero but at least it's true. My mother and every mother in the world has raised or maybe has tried to raise her children with the best conditions. Mine has made everything for me and she thought me how to think in the right way and I would never thank her enough for giving me all of this. My father has also a huge place in my heart but my mother is different. She hold me for nine months and not my dad so I feel a better connection with her. But to conclude a mother is as precious as a father and I hope I will be with my parents to the end.
I like a lot of celebrities, but I think that my hero is Stephen Hawking. This man, despite his horrible neuronal disease, was an absolute genius. I saw the film about him, "The Theory of Everything". His life is really interesting. He had also a great sense of humor. Sadly, he died a month ago.
hi! first of all For me an hero is a person who inspire you or help you . my hero is Selena Gomez because when she had some difficulties or problems I had almost the sames so when she resolves her difficulties it was like she resolves mines so I really love her because she is too kind and in 2012 selena was the younger inbassador of the unicef , well I never meet her for saying that she is too kind but I really would like. So Selena Gomez is my veritable hero
Hello ! First, there are many heroes like Gandhi,Coluche,Paster,Curie,Mandela...So it's really hard to choose one of them. They all have done something important for Humanity. And that's why I don't have only one hero. Have a nice day !

To begin with, a hero can be a mythological figure, a superhero, a person who is admired for his/her achievements or a role model, an icon. Heroes are people we can look up to.
There are several heroes but as far as I am concerned, my favorite one is Nelson Mandela. Indeed he was born in 1918 in South Africa when the government was ruled by whites. Blacks were ill-treated in their own country, unfortunately. Mandela didn’t plan to become a worldwide hero but, as a young lawyer, he fought for pacifism and equality. Mandela is an example of pacifism and forgiveness however his struggle for equality was not only pacific. Indeed, at the beginning he accepted violent actions against members of the Apartheid. Mandela is a hero because of his determination, his braveness, and his role as a black president.
