  1. Visit Ireland this means necessarily pass through Dublin. Not only it is a city with countless charms but also a city that reflects the past. I think you can visit many museums are, like the Writers' Museum, the National Museum, the Cathedral Church of Christ and its crypt or galleries housing some wonderful treasures. It faudrais also check cobbled streets, cross streets and wander through the markets.
The Giant's Causeway is, I must admit, a rather magical and supernatural place! Located north of Belfast in Northern Ireland's coast, the area is characterized by approximately 40 000 columns of juxtaposed vertical hexagonal volcanic stones that form a kind of paved road that starts at the base of the cliff and disappears in the sea ... Magic! For me this is the place pus beautiful Ireland.
In my Kilmainham Gaol is an important reminder of how far Ireland to become a republic. The exhibition and guided tours to chilling paint a picture of everyday political prisoners and anonymous locked in the stone walls.

Dublin must be a great city and beside there is plenty of things to do there, according to everyone's taste. 4. Ireland is a beautiful country with a great and important history cross several old but successful monuments and places.
The Boyn Palace in County Meath countains some of the most prominent historic sites. It features massive megalithics which are ancient passage of tombs in Newgrange.
There is also the Hill of Tara in the County Meath. It is an archeological complex with many old monuments like "the Stone of Destiny","the Fort of the Kings" and "the Mound od the Hostages".
One of the most breathtaking view of the Ireland is "The Cliffs of Moher". The area is longuer than 8 kilometers or 5 miles. The highest point of the majestic cliffs can rise 702 feets or 200 meters over the Atlantic Ocean.
As for me, the Hill of Tara and the Cliffs of Moher are just fantastic. The hill is mysterious and interesting because its link with the irish folklore and I like sunrise, sunset and the sea air therefore I will enjoy Moher's place.

  5. Hello everybody,

I am so excited to go to Ireland with all of you, it is going to be a wonderful moment !!!!!!
To begin with, Ireland is the third biggest island of Europe. It is situated in Great Britain near the Atlantic Ocean.
What kind of activities could we do there?
To start with, there are lots of things to do in this country and I have chosen five of them.

First of all, I love animals and I heard that there was a famous zoo in Dublin, Ireland's capital. When I search about it, I found that the park measures about 28 hectares and is home to some 400 animals in safe environment.
Then, to continue with animals, we can also do some horse riding all around Dublin or in the mountains because there are lots of riding-outs over there. It could be an incredible adventure !
Furthermore, there is also the National Wax Museum, situated in Dublin. This museum is full of personalities, from historical figures to cartoon characters. It could be a good way to discover new popular Irish actors that we don't know here, in France.
Moreover, it could be interesting to visit St Patrick's Cathedral, in Dublin which is the largest church in Ireland. It is really big and very famous because St Patrick was a very important Christian missionary and bishop in the country.
Besides, as for me, it could be great to visit the Science Gallery, near the Trinity College, in Dublin. There are lots of experiences or innovations that could be really interesting and very surprising !

To conclude, with all the different activities we will do, the trip will be unforgettable !!!!

  6. Hi everybody !

To start with, Ireland is a country borders on the Atlantic Ocean. But what activities could we do in Ireland ?
As for me, I'm keen on travelling. As a result, going to Ireland and visiting this country would be so excinting and fascinating for me !
Moreover, I really would like to visit the capital : Dublin.
Indeed, going to Ireland without visiting Irish capital would be, in my opinion, disappointing because there are so many interesting historical places such as Trinity College or Dublin castle !
Furthermore, one should not forget that Ireland is also crowded in summer because of its hinterland.
On the other hand, I really would like to go to a pub because Irish capital is also known for its festive ambiance.
Last but not least, I would like to do shopping because, I have to say that I'm crazy about doing shopping...
In other words, I really would like to go to Ireland.

  7. In Ireland, I would to try Irish dance it's is often related to tip tap, and I started this dance ten years ago. My tip tap teacher tried this traditional dance and told me it was very different. And because I love challenge I really would like to try Irish dance. Bases are the same in both dances but rythm and steps are different. I also would like to see the Connemara, I'm not sure to know what it is but it apears in a Michel Sardou song who is one of my favorite singer. I saw some picture and I can say it's so beautiful !

  8. If I had to go to Ireland again, I would indeed visit Dublin, but I wouldn't spent much time there. I'd prefer hiking in the countryside because I find Irish landscapes very beautiful. I would then visit small towns, on the border of the sea, because I find this kind of cities very charming instead of the big, busy ones. But perhaps I am wrong about Dublin, and it could be a mix of both. I especially like museums, as it's a good way to rest while learning things and enjoying the city.

  9. Dia Daoibh !

Ireland is a country with many activities and when we will go, I would like to :
    - Do lots of shopping in Dublin ; I know there are Jerwis Shopping Centre, Blancherdstown Centre or Dundrum Town Centre. Moreover we can just visit this beautiful city or drink a good beer in a famous pub.
    - Visit the Little museum of Dublin, It is a typical museum and the collection includes art, photography, advertising, letters, objects and ephemera relating to cultural, social and political life in Dublin between the 20th and the 21th century.
    - And obviously visit The Guinness Store House located in the heart of the legendary St Jame's Gate Bravery, we can learn how to pour the perfect pint and the best for many visitors is the Gravity Bar and we can enjoy unparalleled panoramic views of Dublin.

But one should not forget that all these activities are in Dublin; So now there are are some activities that I would like to do in Ireland :

    - Similar to canoeing it is the rafting. River Rafting throughout Ireland is the activity of using an inflatable raft to negotiate your way down a river. I think it can be very funny.
    - Visit the giant Cliffs of Moher, in my opinion I think it can be just fabulous to see some cliffs very very big like that.
    - And to finish our beautiful trips, we can visit the famous city of Belfast, the capital of Northern Ireland.

    Slàn !

  10. Ireland is a big and beautiful country with empty festivals.
Yes, I would like to assit at a festival like St Patrick's day the 17th-20th March.

But most seriously, I would like to see the Burren, it's not funny but I think that is a very important part of history. The Burren is located in North Clare and South Galway.
Because I love flowers I would like to visit the National Botanic Gardens in Dublin. To stay in Dublin, like Claire, I would like to go in a zoo because I love animals !!!
To finish, of course, I want to do shopping!

  11. Hello everybody,

I’m very excited to go to Ireland and I am looking forward to do this trip all together.
Dublin is the capital of Ireland. This island is located in the west of Great Britain. Dublin is a very well known historical and cultural place and I was wondering which activities I would like to do there.

As for me, there are four places I would love to visit.
To begin with, I would be interested in visiting Trinity College and especially its old library which is 65 meters long and discover the most beautiful book in the world : the kells book which gathers the gospel manuscript.
Furthermore I would like to visit the Kilmainham jail to realize what the political prisoners' life was.
Besides, I would enjoy going to St Patrick’s cathedral and listenning to noon songs. It must be a very moving sight ! St Patrick is the patron saint of Irland.
Eventually, I would be delighted to visit Guinness Storehouse in order to learn more about this brand and how to make beer.

To conclude, I'm sure we are going to have a really great time in Ireland.

  12. Hello everybody,
I heard many people talking about Ireland and I am eagearly awaiting the month of May to discover this country full of interesting activities.
Reputedly, it's a fantastic country extremely known for its pubs, beer and rugby team.
According to my research, I would like to spend time walking on St Stephen's Green where we could relax and breathe fresh air.
Besides, nearby, there is the Little Museum of Dublin and as Clara said, it's actually a typical museum which was described as “Dublin’s best museum experience” by The Irish Times.
Last but not least, I obviously want to do shopping so I think that we will be obliged to have a look around the Jervis Centre.

To put in a nutshell, I am quiet sure that we will be crazy in love in Ireland!!
