I can't imagine summer holidays without spending time on the beach. It's a place for sunbathing, without beaches we'd all white haha. Beach is a friendly place, I play beach volley, I swim with my friends. And for me beach is typical of summer. :)
Nickie Wednesday, October 6, 2010 A Little About Me, my School, and my Country My name is Nickie; I'm a second year Business Administration student, with an emphasis in Accounting, of the Northern Caribbean University, who resides in Jamaica. I am a dedicated student who is passionate about her course of study thus enjoys it thoroughly. I also love my school and country and holds them dearly to my heart. Because of my love for my school and country, I will share a little with you about them.
My school, Northern Caribbean University, is one of the best universities in Jamaica. It is a Seventh Day Adventist institution which believes in quality Christ-centered education achieve through academic excellence, social interaction, spiritual development and strong work ethic, thereby fitting each student for committed professional service to country and to God. The institution offers a variety of degrees in varying disciplinary areas such as business administration, medical technology, nursing, religion and theology, computer science ect.
The country of Jamaica is a blessed country. I enjoy the food we produce, for example the ackee and saltfish which is our national dish. I also enjoy the beautiful sunshine and landscapes. My country is known for having the two fastest man in the world Usain Bolt and Asafa Powell. Jamaica is such a wonderful place to live.
I am so proud to be a Norther Caribbean University students who resides in Jamaica. I am truly blessed to be a student of the best school and country in the world.
I think that the beach is pleasant during the summer holiday, moreover it's only for three months in the year that we can enjoy about that. However, it's right that we can spend our summer holiday whithout to go at the beach , it depend on the trip, place where there is, but also the differents activities possible to do if you visit another country and the desire of everyone during this holidays.

I think that there is a different entertainment for each season and beach is the one for the summer as the mountain in winter and of course, even if there are others activities, going to the beach is the one more important activity in summer. Moreover we are in Nice so it is easier for people who don't travel to go to the beach but i think that people who live far from the beach are used and go to the lake or the pool.
No, for me the beach is essentiel during the summer, because all winter we have fair skin, look sick...And whenever there is a glimpse in the mirror... It's a disaster! The solution is: THE SUN. Let yourself go and enjoy of the sea, lazing in the sun for long afternoon. Who does not dream of a tanned complexion to look good while returning from holidays?
It's also a good way to leave home to play sports and enjoy themselves with friends.
Hello, I can't imagine that because the beach is essentiel during the summer but during other holidays it's not important for me because before I live in Nice I lived in Paris ans I didn't have the sea. But i went to the ski with my family.
Hello everybody, For me the word "beach" is the definition of holidays. The beach is a place where you can have fun, relax, or spend a good time with your family or your friends. During summer holidays I'm always on the beach with my friends. But during the other holidays I don't go to the beach because it's cold.
