I think this is a bad idea because we are big for us to manage alone and a chef can create many bored as jealousy and the more he can make bad choices, so that if everyone gives his ideas that might give a good result

I think it's a bad choice because we must always run ideas, we must meet the expectations of everyone and it's not easy. It must also manage conflicts between people. Being a group leader is a lot of responsibility.
I think being a member of a group is better than to be the leader, you have less responsability that way. But it really depends of your own personality, if you have the spirit of a leader or of a follower.
I think same think than Emma. I think it's better to be a leader of a groupe. But when you are leader you have to pay attention on the other members of your group and take decisions for the good of the group.
Hi, I think that being the leader of a group is good because we make decisions but if the group does something wrong, it's our fault. So I don't no what is the best.

Personally, I think being a group leader is better than being a group member, but only if you're organized and are sure to have the group's agreement.
