Nowadays, some monarchies have disappeared (like in France for example). However, some countries have kept their royalty (England or Spain). Countries like that have evolved over time and allowed the people to acquire more freedoms. But as we can see in Saudie Arabia is interfering with freedoms and human rights.
So, in my opinion I don’t think that monarchy is important nowadays because some countries have proved that we can live whithout royalty. But on the other hand, monarchy can be important as long as it’s respecting human rights and freedom. Sara CHAMAKHI
