Attitude, reflects and leadership. These three words can mean several things. (1) Attitude may mean the behaviour of a person who is good or bad. (2)Reflects is the example given to others. (3) Leadership is the one who gives orders and leads. We can conclude that it is leadership that leads, sets an example and shows the behaviour to be had.
I find that among these 3 words, attitude and reflecting are linked. Because our attitude will reflect who we are, the people who look at us will have an image of us following our attitude. But for leadership, this word reminds me of strength and respect because as a leader, you have to know how to be listened to and respected.

This words make me think that, to be a leadership we must have a good attitude. Being a leadership doesn’t mean being the strongest or the one who decides, but it only means listening to others, respectful and knowing what is best for yourself and your team. Our attitudes depend on how we behave and interact with others, it can define if we are good or bad persons. Reflects are based on the attitude we show to others. Someone who has a good attitude, positive reflects and who can be an open-minded leadership may be sociable and friendly with others.

This phrase which comes from the movie "Remembering titans" is extremely interesting and true. I find it very wise of the creators of the film to make one of the characters say this.
