Nickie Wednesday, October 6, 2010 A Little About Me, my School, and my Country My name is Nickie; I'm a second year Business Administration student, with an emphasis in Accounting, of the Northern Caribbean University, who resides in Jamaica. I am a dedicated student who is passionate about her course of study thus enjoys it thoroughly. I also love my school and country and holds them dearly to my heart. Because of my love for my school and country, I will share a little with you about them.
My school, Northern Caribbean University, is one of the best universities in Jamaica. It is a Seventh Day Adventist institution which believes in quality Christ-centered education achieve through academic excellence, social interaction, spiritual development and strong work ethic, thereby fitting each student for committed professional service to country and to God. The institution offers a variety of degrees in varying disciplinary areas such as business administration, medical technology, nursing, religion and theology, computer science ect.
The country of Jamaica is a blessed country. I enjoy the food we produce, for example the ackee and saltfish which is our national dish. I also enjoy the beautiful sunshine and landscapes. My country is known for having the two fastest man in the world Usain Bolt and Asafa Powell. Jamaica is such a wonderful place to live.
I am so proud to be a Norther Caribbean University students who resides in Jamaica. I am truly blessed to be a student of the best school and country in the world.
