The Ministry for Higher Education and Research realized a study which shows that 69 % of the girls obtain the “Baccalauréat”against 58 % of the boys. This study also shows that the girls are better in French but less good in math than the boys. We can see the same phenomenon all over the world. The girls are under represented in the scientific and industrial sectors.
It would seem that the girls are more concentrated in the classroom than the boys what would bring better school results. I think that if the girls have better results it is effectively thanks to their powers of concentration, for their work and participation in lectures but also for their maturity.
But, may the education since the early childhood work in results favour?

I agree with you, girls have better results than boys, but not everything is about numbers and surveys, there are also exceptions. Into my class, girls are very shy (and very talkative), so they don't take part about news, which penalize compared to boys who participate a lot ... But I think girls are more stringent than boys, therefore it helps them to have good results.
I agree with Alissia but i would like to add that girls make shorter studies than boys because of the society. In fact, a girl is rarely for example a surgeon or a director in a big business. So for me girls are better than boys at school but didn't want or couldn't achieve her goal. It's also because of the patriarchal society
I agree with alissia because girl are more concentrated and serious in class.Maybe girl have more pressure than boys.Also, I think girls are mature but we can see that boys are better in scientist subjects, they have a logical spirit.I am in 1ère L they have only two boys and the others are girl but in 1ère S they have a little bit more of boys than girls.So I think a girl can have the same chance than a boy to have goods results but it depends of them work.

For long, boys and girls have differences in all fields. (School, work, politics…). I think that will continue and persist and again because in spite of the fact governments and associations try to reduce inequalities between boys and girls. In school, it is obvious that girls work more than boys because girls are more serious, attentive, concentrating hard and more motivated to work and listen in class. In my mind, boys are rather interesting in scientific and manual subject so that girls are interesting in creative and literary subjects but maybe it’s just stereotypes.

Me,I told yes because it's false everybody know that girls have a intelligence upper to this one the boys. A lot of researcher have proven him. And personatly I think that if everybody works the girls and the boys can same result at school. Then my answer is really yes!(the proof in my class).

A girl at the same age a boy is the most intelligence of the two level mental. Indeed that has been proven by scientists. The girls and the boys can have the same mentality however the same age the girl is most mature than the boy. As far as I am concerned I can say that everyone knows that girls have more intelligence than boys. Many researches have proven this. However, I personally think that if everybody works girls and boys can have the same results at school. It is the case in my class.
